VENDORAR GUIDE

Keeping unsafe and unlawful items off the marketplace

Products offered on VENDORAR must comply with law, marketplace standards and category requirements. This policy gives broad guidance, but vendors remain responsible for confirming that every item is lawful to advertise, sell, store and deliver in each relevant location.

Prohibited categories

Prohibited items include illegal goods and services, stolen property, counterfeit products, dangerous weapons where not expressly authorised, illicit drugs, exploitative content, human remains, fraudulent documents and products that create an unacceptable safety or legal risk.

Items subject to recalls, sanctions, trafficking restrictions or unlawful wildlife trade are also prohibited. This list is illustrative rather than exhaustive; VENDORAR may restrict a product when credible information indicates substantial risk.

Restricted and regulated products

Some categories may be permitted only with prior approval, licences, age controls, special labelling, approved delivery or geographic limits. Examples can include health products, cosmetics, food, alcohol, batteries, chemicals, financial services and high-value goods.

A vendor must supply accurate safety, ingredient, warranty, certification and origin information where relevant. Approval in one category or market does not authorise the product everywhere or remove the vendor obligation to monitor legal changes.

Review and enforcement

VENDORAR may request documents, test reports, purchase records or regulatory evidence and may hide or remove a listing during review. Orders can be cancelled when fulfilment would create legal, safety or policy risk.

Serious or repeated violations may result in account restriction, payout hold, product disposal where lawful, or referral to authorities. Vendors should report a recall or newly discovered hazard immediately and cooperate with customer notification and remedy steps.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know whether approval is required?

Review category instructions and applicable law before listing. If uncertain, contact vendor support with detailed product and regulatory information.

Can VENDORAR remove a legal product?

Yes. A product can be lawful in one place yet unsuitable for the marketplace or risky in another. VENDORAR may apply standards stricter than minimum law.

What if my product is recalled?

Stop sales, notify VENDORAR promptly, preserve affected order records and follow regulator, customer-notification and remedy requirements.

Information on this page should be read together with the applicable VENDORAR terms and policies. Where a transaction has special conditions, the terms shown during checkout or onboarding will also apply.
