VENDORAR GUIDE
Payment and shipping are connected parts of every order. This guide explains what customers should check at checkout, how marketplace fulfilment may work and what to do when a payment or delivery does not proceed as expected.
Use only payment methods offered within the official VENDORAR checkout. Review the seller, products, quantities, delivery address and complete price before authorising payment. Do not pay a vendor outside the marketplace for an order presented on VENDORAR.
An authorisation or debit notification does not always mean the order was completed. Confirm that the order appears in your account or that an official confirmation was issued. Duplicate or pending charges should be reported with the transaction date, amount and payment reference, without sending full card credentials.
Vendors may require processing time before handover to a carrier. Marketplace orders can be split into several shipments when items come from different sellers or locations. Each shipment may have its own estimated delivery window.
Tracking events are supplied by fulfilment partners and can take time to update after handover. Weather, access restrictions, public holidays, customs or local service disruption can affect estimates. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed appointment unless expressly stated.
Make sure the delivery address and contact details are accurate. Inspect the external package when possible and report serious damage, missing contents or the wrong item promptly. Photographs of the package, label and product can help a review.
Never disclose a one-time password or security code except through the authorised delivery or payment process for which it was issued. If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with authorised recipients and contact support without delay.
A bank or payment provider may be completing authorisation or reversal. Check whether an order was created, then contact support if the status remains unclear.
Items sold by different vendors or stored in different locations may be processed and shipped independently.
Check the delivery address, safe locations and authorised recipients, then report the issue promptly with the order and tracking details.
Information on this page should be read together with the applicable VENDORAR terms and policies. Where a transaction has special conditions, the terms shown during checkout or onboarding will also apply.
