VENDORAR GUIDE

Verification that supports safer marketplace participation

Know Your Customer and business-verification checks help VENDORAR confirm who operates an account, meet legal obligations, reduce fraud and protect marketplace payments. Requirements vary according to account type, location, category, activity and risk.

Information that may be requested

Verification may require a legal name, date of birth, address, government identification, business registration, ownership or control information, tax details, bank-account evidence, contact confirmation and product authorisations. Documents must be genuine, current, legible and consistent with account information.

For organisations, VENDORAR may need to identify directors, authorised representatives and beneficial owners. Additional information can be requested when the business model, product category, payment pattern or legal framework requires enhanced review.

How checks are performed

Information may be assessed by trained reviewers and authorised verification, fraud-prevention, payment or compliance providers. Checks can compare submitted information with reliable databases, document features, account activity and other lawful sources.

Verification is not always instant. A mismatch, expired document, unclear image or high-risk indicator may lead to a request for clarification. Users should respond only through official channels and should never pay an individual to guarantee approval.

Ongoing verification and outcomes

Verification may be repeated when information expires or changes, unusual activity occurs, new services are requested or law requires an update. Account functions or payouts may be limited while necessary checks remain incomplete.

Approval confirms that required checks were satisfied at that time; it is not an endorsement of every product or future action. False documents, concealed ownership or material misrepresentation may lead to rejection, suspension, funds review and lawful reporting.

It is handled under privacy and security controls and shared only with authorised personnel and providers for legitimate purposes.

What if my names do not match?

Provide a clear explanation and lawful supporting records for spelling, marriage, business-name or other genuine differences.
