Vendors must hold the rights, licences or permissions required for every listing, image, brand name and product offered.
A rights owner should provide identification, the protected work, affected listing links, good-faith statements and reliable contact information.
VENDORAR may remove or restrict content while assessing a sufficiently supported complaint and may request additional evidence.
Repeated or deliberate infringement may result in listing removal, account restrictions, suspension or termination.
VENDORAR GUIDE
VENDORAR requires users and vendors to respect copyright, trademarks, designs, patents and other proprietary rights. This policy explains listing responsibilities and the information needed for a meaningful infringement report.
Vendors must have the rights, licences or lawful basis needed to use product images, descriptions, brand names, logos and other protected material. Buying stock from an unknown source does not by itself establish the right to sell or advertise it.
Listings must not imply brand authorisation that does not exist. Counterfeit goods, copied creative assets, unauthorised replicas and misleading compatibility claims may be removed and can lead to account restrictions or withheld payouts.
A notice should identify the claimant and protected right, describe or link to an authorised example, identify each reported VENDORAR listing, explain the alleged infringement and include accurate contact information. The reporter should confirm good-faith belief and authority to act.
Incomplete or overbroad notices can delay review. Sensitive personal information should be limited to what is needed, although relevant notice details may be shared with the affected vendor to support due process or resolution.
VENDORAR may disable content while assessing a credible notice and may ask either party for documents. A vendor who believes removal was mistaken may provide a reasoned response and proof of authorisation, authenticity or lawful use.
Repeated or serious infringement can lead to selling restrictions or termination. VENDORAR does not adjudicate every ownership dispute and may require the parties to obtain a court, registry or competent-authority determination.
Yes, if you own or are authorised to enforce the image rights. Identify the original work and the exact listing using it.
Action depends on the completeness and credibility of the report, urgency, applicable law and any information already available.
Relevant evidence may include invoices, licences, distribution authority, brand correspondence, creation records or other proof supporting lawful use or authenticity.
Information on this page should be read together with the applicable VENDORAR terms and policies. Where a transaction has special conditions, the terms shown during checkout or onboarding will also apply.
