A flexible gift for more choice
A VENDORAR gift certificate lets the recipient choose from eligible marketplace products. Before purchase, review the certificate value, delivery details, redemption conditions and any expiry information shown in the offer.
Buying and sending
Enter the recipient information carefully and choose an available value and delivery option. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the email address or other destination is correct before payment.
Orders may be screened for payment security and fraud prevention. Delivery can be delayed while a transaction is reviewed. A certificate should be purchased only through authorised VENDORAR channels and should never be used to pay an unrelated person who demands gift value.
Redeeming a certificate
The recipient applies the valid code or balance through the method shown in their account or during checkout. Product, vendor, currency, geographic or promotional exclusions may apply, and another payment method may be needed when the order exceeds the available balance.
Treat a certificate code like money. Do not publish it or send it to anyone claiming they need the code to provide technical support. VENDORAR will not ask for a code as payment for taxes, penalties or account verification.
Balances, refunds and problems
Unused balances remain subject to the displayed terms and applicable law. Certificates are generally not redeemable for cash or transferable for resale unless legally required or expressly permitted.
If an order paid with certificate value is refunded, eligible value may be restored to the certificate or account balance. Lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered certificates can be difficult to replace, but support may review available purchase and redemption records.

Expiry depends on the displayed certificate terms and applicable law. Review the date before purchase and in the recipient message.
Can I exchange it for cash?
Usually no, except where the terms expressly allow it or applicable law requires cash redemption.
What if the code does not work?
Confirm the characters, status, balance and eligibility. If the problem continues, contact support with proof of purchase but do not publish the full code.
