Free shipping can make online purchasing simpler, but eligibility may depend on order value, product, vendor, destination, promotion and delivery method. The checkout summary is the most reliable confirmation for a particular order.
How eligibility is calculated
A free-shipping threshold generally applies to eligible merchandise after discounts and before unrelated charges, unless the offer states otherwise. Products from different vendors may be assessed separately because they can leave from different locations.
Promotional codes, membership benefits or vendor-funded offers may have their own dates and conditions. If an item or address does not qualify, the available charge and delivery method will be shown before payment.
Coverage, size and special handling
Remote destinations, oversized goods, heavy products, temperature-controlled items and specialist handling may be excluded or may attract a surcharge. These exceptions reflect real fulfilment requirements and should be displayed as early as possible.
Free shipping does not necessarily mean same-day or express delivery. Processing and estimated transit time remain subject to stock availability, vendor preparation, carrier service and destination conditions.
After the order is placed
An order containing products from several vendors may arrive in separate packages with different tracking events. This does not create additional shipping charges beyond those accepted at checkout.
If a change to the address, quantity or selected products affects eligibility, the updated cost should be reviewed before the order is changed. Contact support promptly if the final charge differs from the confirmed checkout summary.

Can a free-shipping order arrive separately?
Yes. Marketplace orders may be split by vendor, warehouse or carrier even when the customer paid no shipping charge.
