VENDORAR GUIDE
Eligible VENDORAR purchases may be returned without a return charge when the stated conditions are met. This guide explains the practical steps, evidence and timing that help customers and vendors complete a return fairly.
Free return eligibility may apply when an item arrives materially different from its listing, damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by the displayed offer and VENDORAR policy. The product category, seller terms, delivery location and date of the request can affect eligibility.
A change-of-mind return may not always be free. Perishable goods, personalised items, hygiene-sensitive products, activated digital goods and other exclusions may have limited return rights unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Open the relevant order, submit the return request and choose the most accurate reason. Upload clear images when condition, damage, packaging or a mismatch is relevant. Keep the item and included accessories safe while the request is reviewed.
Use the approved return method and reference supplied for the case. Package the item securely, remove unrelated labels and obtain proof of handover. Sending an item through an unapproved route can delay tracing or reimbursement.
Returned items may be inspected to confirm identity, condition and completeness. Normal handling required to inspect an item is treated differently from extended use, avoidable damage or missing components.
After approval, the available outcome may be a refund, replacement, exchange, repair or another remedy permitted by the applicable terms. Bank and payment-provider processing times can affect when an approved refund appears.
Keep packaging, tags, manuals and accessories whenever reasonably possible because they help identify and protect the item. Missing packaging does not automatically defeat every valid claim, especially for a defective item.
VENDORAR or the responsible vendor may cover an approved free return. If the request is outside free-return conditions, the customer may be responsible for the cost shown before confirmation.
Refund initiation follows approval and any required inspection. The final posting time depends on the original payment method, bank or payment provider.
Information on this page should be read together with the applicable VENDORAR terms and policies. Where a transaction has special conditions, the terms shown during checkout or onboarding will also apply.
