VENDORAR GUIDE
Where VENDORAR payment or escrow-style services apply, customer funds may be held or processed before vendor settlement. This supports order completion, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and marketplace risk controls.
Payment acceptance does not always make funds immediately available for payout. Settlement may depend on successful authorisation, order status, delivery evidence, return windows, payment-provider timelines and applicable reserve rules.
VENDORAR may use regulated payment partners to collect, safeguard, route or settle funds. The legal character of any holding arrangement depends on the specific service and jurisdiction; marketplace records show the operational status for the vendor.
Before payout, amounts may be adjusted for agreed commissions, service charges, taxes, refunds, promotions, chargebacks, delivery costs, penalties or other valid obligations. Vendors should reconcile statements and report discrepancies promptly.
A rolling or fixed reserve may be applied when reasonably needed for expected refunds, long delivery cycles, dispute exposure, unusual sales patterns, account history or product risk. Reserve terms can change when risk improves or deteriorates.
Payouts are sent according to the available schedule after required conditions are met. Bank weekends, compliance review, incorrect account details and provider outages may affect arrival after release.
VENDORAR may delay, reverse or withhold payout during verification, suspected fraud, legal process, sanctions screening, significant disputes or investigation of policy breaches. Where appropriate and lawful, the vendor will be informed of required actions or the basis for the restriction.
Check the vendor statement for the release date, then allow for the receiving bank or payment provider processing period.
Reserves help cover foreseeable refunds, chargebacks or fulfilment risk and may reflect category, delivery time, volume, history or unusual activity.
Yes, through approved account procedures. A security or verification hold may follow a sensitive bank-account change.
