Our commitment
We aim to improve semantic structure, keyboard access, colour contrast, readable content, alternative text and responsive behaviour.
We aim to improve semantic structure, keyboard access, colour contrast, readable content, alternative text and responsive behaviour.
Accessibility is reviewed as VENDORAR features, themes, mobile experiences and third-party services evolve.
Some vendor or external content may not yet meet the same standard. We encourage partners to provide accessible descriptions and media.
Contact help@vendorar.com with the page, task, device and barrier encountered so we can assist and investigate.
VENDORAR GUIDE
VENDORAR aims to make its digital marketplace usable by people with diverse abilities, devices and ways of interacting. Accessibility is an ongoing practice across design, content, engineering and customer support.
We work toward recognised accessibility principles including perceivable content, keyboard operability, understandable interactions and compatibility with common assistive technologies. Priorities include meaningful headings, form labels, focus visibility, colour contrast and text alternatives for important images.
Marketplace content is contributed by different vendors, so quality can vary. We provide standards and improve platform controls while encouraging vendors to write descriptive product information and avoid images as the only source of essential details.
VENDORAR is intended to support current mainstream browsers and responsive layouts. Experience can be affected by older software, third-party payment or delivery tools, embedded content, or vendor-supplied files outside direct platform control.
Known barriers are prioritised according to user impact, frequency and technical complexity. A feature that is not yet fully accessible does not reduce our commitment to providing a practical alternative where reasonably possible.
If you encounter a barrier, contact support and describe the page, task, device, browser and assistive technology involved. A screenshot is helpful when available, but it should not be required if it creates another barrier.
We will acknowledge useful feedback, investigate reproducible issues and explain available workarounds or planned corrections where possible. Customers and vendors may also request reasonable assistance with important marketplace tasks.
VENDORAR uses recognised web-accessibility principles, including WCAG-informed practices, as a guide for continuous improvement.
Contact support with the page address, task and technology involved, plus the result you expected. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.
Yes. Explain the barrier and the task, and support will look for a reasonable accessible route or alternative.
