VENDORAR GUIDE
This policy applies to customers, vendors and other users of VENDORAR services. It protects marketplace integrity by defining conduct that supports genuine commerce and conduct that can harm people, systems or fair competition.
Users must provide accurate information, maintain only legitimate accounts and communicate respectfully. False identities, fabricated orders, review manipulation, misleading claims, impersonation and attempts to evade account restrictions are not permitted.
Content must relate to legitimate marketplace activity and must not be deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or unlawfully intrusive. Reviews should reflect genuine experience and must not be bought, coerced or exchanged for undisclosed benefits.
Users must not probe, attack, overload or bypass security controls; introduce malware; scrape restricted data; interfere with another account; or use automated tools in a way that harms the service or violates published access rules.
Credentials, verification results and confidential marketplace data must not be traded or exposed. Security researchers should report credible vulnerabilities privately through the designated channel and avoid accessing or retaining unnecessary personal information.
VENDORAR may remove content, limit functions, cancel abusive activity, suspend accounts or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users or comply with law. The response considers severity, history, risk and available facts.
Report suspected misuse with the relevant account, listing, message or order reference. Deliberately false or retaliatory reporting is itself misuse. Cooperation may be requested so that reports can be evaluated fairly.
Only when authorised and used within published technical and contractual limits. Automation must not disrupt service, collect restricted data or manipulate marketplace activity.
